Returns & Exchanges
A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your customer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included, and securely seal the box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
